Change the lanuage of CPLEX

Hello, everyone, my  operation system language is Danish, then when I install CPLEX 12.8.0, though I choose English as the lanuage,but when I enter the software, it is Danish, I try to convert it,  so I try https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/change-interface-language-cplex-optimization-studio-ide#, but I can not find where to ‘add command line option -nl ', wish someone can help me.
